• Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Pluck so we can make it better

Information We Don't Collect:

• We do NOT access your calendar events' content — only their timing and duration to calculate activity load
• We do NOT track your location
• We do NOT access your contacts
• We do NOT integrate with HealthKit (though we may in future updates with your explicit consent)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide Pluck's Core Features: Track your patterns, suggest balance, and help you understand your energy over time
• Personalize Your Experience: Adapt suggestions based on your unique patterns and preferences
• Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns (in aggregate) to fix bugs and build better features
• Communicate With You: Send important updates about the app or respond to your support requests
• Ensure Security: Protect your account and data from unauthorized access

We Do NOT:

• Sell your data to advertisers or third parties

Data Storage and Security

Where Your Data Lives:

• Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with industry-standard encryption
• Data is encrypted both in transit (when sent to our servers) and at rest (when stored)
• We use secure authentication protocols to protect your account

How Long We Keep Your Data:

• We keep your data as long as your account is active
• If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days
• Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes

Your Control:

• You can view, edit, or delete any of your data at any time through the app
• You can download your data (coming soon)
• You can permanently delete your account and all associated data

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Pluck. This helps us fix bugs and improve features. Google Analytics collects:

• Device and app version information
• General location (city/country level, not precise location)

You can opt out of analytics tracking in the app settings.

Calendar Permissions

If you choose to integrate your calendar:

• We only access the timing and duration of events, not their content or details
• This helps us calculate your social and activity load to suggest appropriate balance

• We do NOT store full calendar event details on our servers

Children's Privacy

Pluck is rated 12+ and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
